Colorado Destination Academy (CDA) staff helps prepare student-athletes for the game of life. On each level, including the collegiate level and beyond, CDA takes a dedicated approach to training. Balancing academics, athletic development, recovery, and nutrition, our staff creates a foundation for the future in each and every student-athlete in our programs.
With over 40 years of combined coaching experience, CDA's staff is dedicated to student-athlete success on and off the court. Founded on the principle of providing students high-level athletic training without sacrificing a strong academic focus, CDA is a leader in sports programming and the student-athlete development process.
Rahmon Fletcher is a dedicated and accomplished athlete and coach, excelling throughout his basketball career. Coach Fletcher was a four-year starter at Division 1 Wisconsin-Green Bay before embarking on a professional playing career in Europe. After completing his playing career Rahmon spent multiple seasons on the coaching staffs at Division 1 programs.

John Hawkins brings six seasons of professional basketball playing experience in Mexico, The Bahamas, Croatia, and Germany to CDA. He also spent time in the ABA and UBL around the United States from 2010-2015.

Following his transition from playing to coaching John became a player development trainer and founded P.U.S.H Skills and Development Training. He has trained over 50 athletes that have played college and professional basketball.
